I would like to first start off by saying I was tricked into thinking this place was a very nice apartment. I was taken into the model which was very nice and convinced me that this was the place that I wanted to live. I even turned down another apartment for this one. I was convinced. During my tour, I was told that my apartment was not ready for viewing so I could not see it yet. When I finally moved in, I found the place to be nothing like the model, but it was not all that bad until it got dark. Every night after the sun goes down these large mutant roaches come out. I mean these things are like 2 inches long. I have been to the rental office complaining about various problems at least once a week since I have been here, but little has actually been fixed. When I told the lady we had roaches everywhere outside she laughed and said there is nothing we can to about them. They are a part of the landscaping. So I asked could it be changed and she laughed again. I really did not understand why that was funny. I have many other stories but you get the picture. Do Not Rent This Place. For $790 you can find a better one bedroom.
