Let's see...
1. The apartment you view in the walk thru is not the apartment you move into. (Where did the closet in the bathroom go-across the way...no that holds the water heater!)
2. Not every unit gets a terrace or outside patio area (even though they tell you that you do.) There is only one door that leads out.
3. Closet space is ridiculous (if you own more than a suitcase full of stuff, it will not fit.)
4. Maintenance can be ok, but you must be persistant!
5. People in the office can be crazy! (Just don't go to the office.)
6. There are some rough kids and rough parents in the neighborhood. Some poor dude's car was written over with paint saying, "You Liar!" or something to that effect.
7. If you want to sleep...use ear plugs and shove them in as far as they will go.
8. Crazy people knock on your door late at night...don't answer!
9. Crazy neighbors like to treat the sidewalk like a daycare service and have kids and crap all over the place (crap=kids stuff, and possibly the real stuff.)
10. Only reason why I am still here is that I like experiencing a life that slowly sucks the will to live out of you.

I am not sure what anonymous' deal is, but I totally agree! The walls are so paper thin, i can hear people talking on the phone!! And the kids next to us are terrible!! We have had several footballs thrown at our window, even when the parents said not to(but obviously weren't watching too close), they swung baseball bats at the tree right outside our door, and even tried to play on our patio!! Its terrible here. I only wish we read all this before we moved in.

Yeah, these are all very legitimate points. You can hear everything going on around you. It's horrible. Some of the kids are completely unsupervised. I almost ran this poor little girl over in the parking lot. She was about 8, but riding a full size bike (or at least trying). When I drove past her, thank god I slowed down and had my foot on the break, because lost control of the bike and swerved out in front of me and landed on the street 5 feet in front of my car!!!
