FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT MOVE INTO MARINERS COVE. THE STAFF IS REALLY RUDE. YOU COME TO THEM WITH A PROBLEM AND THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE ITS YOUR FAULT. WE WERE TOLD WE WERE GETTING NEW CARPET BUT WE DIDNT. THE CARPET THAT WAS NEVER REPLACED HAD BLEACH STAINS. ALSO WE HAVE HAD WATER LEAKS, ANTS, ROACHES. NEIGHBORS ARE LOUD, NO SECURITY ROUNDS DONE AT NIGHT. NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR TWO PEOPLE IN A ONE BED ROOM. NOT ENOUGH CLOSET SPACE. PARKING IS HORRIBLE. THIN WALLS. I SERIOUSLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE. THERE ARE NICER APARTMENTS FOR LESS. KEEP LOOKING. IF YOU'RE IN THE MILITARY THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY DISCOUNTS AND THE RENT IS EXTREMLY TO HIGH.
