My husband and I recently moved in Mariner's Cove in December of 2005. They showed us the example apartment it was really nice. When we moved in to our apartment, we started noticing that they paint over everything and i mean everything. Our carpet had stains on it and our apartment was very dirty. When you first come to visit, they act like this is the greatest place to live but really it isn't. I have made numerous friend's here but they tell everyone different things. Plus rent is horrible here. I can't wait till we get to move. So please take my advice and don't move in.
