i've been a resident of MC for 6months now and have to say its one of the few apartments were i would recommend it to a friend. infact my best friend and his wife are moving in a month. the managment staff are very helpful and never give me any trouble. the price is fair for the location. were i am from the housing is much cheaper. when i moved to vb i was amazed how much everything cost. after doing some research i foughnt mc to be one of the best priced (real reason why i moved in.)

I am not sure where u live, but this place is terrible. The walls are paper thin, neighbors are rude, as are their children, and the staff is terrible. The military clause is a joke, they don't abide by it. They charge u every penny they possible can when u move. Terrible place to live. Hope ur friends dont hate u for it!
