I haved lived here almost 2 yrs. I have had problems with roaches, refrigerator going out so many times, dirty carpet, at times maintenance work done is of poor quality, The A/C clogs & will dumpen your carpet(if not taken care of quickly the neighbor down stairs pays the price). Also Mangement at times doesn't respond to your complaints epecially those regarding issues that attract customers like being Pet friendly. I have seen residents w pets that they just let out (not on the leash) & poop anyway without picking up after them. THEY REALLY SUCK & I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE. I had never seen Apartments with Washer & Dryer in the Master Bedroom!!

Maintance has gotten better since they got rid of the worthless turd Pete. But most of the apartments have water leaks all the time. Don't get me started on the mold issues.
