When I was shopping for an apartment, I narrowed my choices to three: Marnier's Cove, Chase Arbor, and Indian Lakes. I chose Marnier's Cove because of their staff and how clean their apartment complex was. Overall, I was pleased with the size of my 1 bedroom apt. Their pool in the summertime was very clean. But about 6 months of living there, they changed staff and their attitude changed. To get to my point, I just recently turned in my 60 day notice. My move out date was supposed to be June 9, however, I turned in my 60 day notice on the Monday following Easter Sunday. Appartently, they were open'' Well, I was spending time with my two boys not even thinking they would be open, so instand of being polite and understanding that Easter is a federal holiday, will be charging me an extra $40 for that extra day. Not only that but rent for a one bedroom of 705 sq ft has jumped to $849.00 and that's expected to change to $869.00 at the end of June. Also, the water bill has doubled. I think I'll find an apartment like Chase Arbor who pays my water bill. Parking is bad too. Vistors will park in your spot and the towing is not enforced. Also, the residents do not clean up after their dog. And of course, this where the kids play. Remember, parents check your kids shoes after they play:)

No one has assigned parking, so no one can park in your spot. Easter being a federal holiday has nothing to do with anything. Many places of business are open on Easter. Of course you could have turned in your notice before easter you have to give them at least a 60 day notice it can be sooner.
