I have several complaints:

1. Poor Staff, my roommates are deploying and the staff is treating me like crap saying I cannot terminate my part of the lease! What kind of crap is that'''!!! They say that the WHOLE lease is now my responsibility and there is nothing they can do about it. The staff talk to you like you are a piece of dirt and dont listen to you.

2. Parking sucks! If you dont get there early enough, then you have to park outside of the gate on the street...

3. The only safety issue I have is watch out for your vehicles. Mine got broken into when it was IN the parking lot... But of course the staff didnt show concern when I reported it...

4. Maintenance is decent... the only complaint is that the light was not working when we moved in last year and it still didnt work when I left so dont expect anything to get fixed or you might as well do it yourself...

Sounds more like you are trying to get one over on the office staff! You said that your roommates are deploying, I'm assuming that you are not, that sounds like the office staff is doing their job! Your roommates are using the "military clause" and obviously you are not. You shouldn't be allowed out of the lease. If you are military and you are getting BAH pay your rent, that is what it is for.

Alright...who are you and who do you work for? Meaning the commentor before me. I thought you had to check the space that states you do not work for the company and also that you do not live rent free because you work for the complex...is there a pattern forming here (in John Candy Voice)

Yeah seriously. All of the reviewers supporting Mariner's Cove sound like by writing a good review they might get something out of it. I hate Mariner's Cove and can't wait to move out.
