Terrible people!

These apartments are terrible! The walls are paper thin, u can hear conversations of other people and if u are on the bottom floor, u can hear footsteps and creaking. People have music blaring and u cant do anything about it, cuz half the time u dont know which apartment it is beacause of how it is layed out. And the military clause is a joke, unless u pcs, dont expect for them to let u out of a lease for any reason. We needed out one month early for base housing or we would have to wait another year for it. Apparently a letter from a co does not constitute "orders" to government housing, which is by the way doesnt mean base housing, only barracks. Its so rediculous that they wont let someone who fights for their country leave ONE month early!!! Its not like it is 6 months. Only ONE month!

Just think about the non-military people too. It just plain sux here! And most places have a five day grace period to pay their rent. This place is like, rent is due on the first on the 2nd we're hiring a lawyer...

Like just look and what you said it is due on the first. So you have like 29 days before the first to pay your rent. You signed the paper work and agreed to pay it by the first. So is it their fault you can't manage your money? If you don't know how to pay bills on time maybe you should go live with mommy some more. People like you force them to be that way with a lawyer. If they didn't lots more people would bring in the money late. Even more dead beats would be months behind.

It's not even about paying the rent on time. The truth of the matter is that I always pay my rent BEFORE the first. What do I get for it? A closet door that just "fell" off and broke my bed frame, and three months later my door is still leaned against my wall because apparently there are more important things to fix than my door. A gas leak that took three emergency calls to get fixed. Appliances that don't work and that they refuse to replace. Neighbors who have three children and are constantly having screaming matches on top of their kids who apparently don't ever sleep. Roaches which get sprayed for every week and still manage to come back half way through the week. Coming home at 6 from a long day at work and finding no parking anywhere in sight. And, many other things including someone trying to break into your first floor apartment through a window at 2am. Let's face it, whether you pay your rent before, on time, or late, you still get treated like crap. Once you sign those papers the leasing staff doesn't give a crap about you or the apartment you are leasing until you are moving out again and they want to charge you like crazy for stuff they couldn't fix all along. Check out the BBB.org they have been reported for bad bussiness several times and I just filed a report as well.

I have to agree! You have to call and bug the heck out of the to come and fix major stuff! The office staff always has an attitude when it comes to dealing with residents. We are military also and we are telling everyone DO NOT come here!!! Should that be a shock with the number of empty apts. all around here???

YEAH, YOU'RE ALL RIGHT..THE OFFICE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE FAT LADY IN FRONT..SHE'S LIKE A GREEDY PIG...THIS APARTMENT SUCKS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT..YOU'LL BE IN TROUBLE..PROMISE!!

I was gonna apply for an apartment here but,hearing all of this BEFORE i even pick up a pen to apply is just plain SCARY!! No Thanks Mariner's Cove!!!
