I must be living in a different complex from these people. The staff is always friendly, the grounds are well kept, the maintenance staff is always prompt, the roofing just got replaced, I've got no issues with this place. Well I'm glad that you have not had to deal with the rude inconsiderate people that work for this apt complex! Try living in an apt with mold in the air vents and they do nothing for it, or have the manager tell you that your apartment is filthy because there are a few stains on the carpets from kids and cups on the counter. When this place is far from filthy! Yes the roofs just got replaces but I think this company should stop spending so much money making the apts look nicer on the outside and start fixing the real problems some of the buildings have!

this sounds like a staff review honestly. Who cares if the roof was just replaced? Really, care about in INSIDE of the home before the outside.. They're only trying to lure new residents in.

Didn't a new management company just buy them a few months ago? I've seen them fixing things and adding in new things. I've never had a problem with Jean in the office. Just ask her for help she's the only one that knows what is going on anyway.
