I live in this apartment compound for almost one year. So far I do not have any complaints about it. The management team is very kind and helpful. I ran into several situations and requested help from management team or maintenance team and they both responded very quickly. The property is very quiet and there are a lot of shopping places in walking distance. The Bayside hospital is right across the street. Overall I am pretty satisfied.

You sound like you are on the management TEAM cuz thats a load of crap besides that yes it close to places but so is a whole lot of other BETTER apartments like Southlake apartments and Lake Shore
