It is a crime shame that I can hear my neighbors having sex, talking, walking across the floor, dog scratching, children talking and laughing. I can even hear them when they go to the bathroom, Yeah I said it the bathroom. I never seen an apartment walls so thin. I can't get any rest. I all my neighbors on all around my apartment. Now I am a clean person, I keep finding roaches. When I moved in I had some many things wrong, Water damage, bathroom floor nasty, carpet nasty. Mold and Mildew on the window seals. The people upstair washing, well how come the water from their rinse cycle comes up thru my toilet. I pick this place because it's so close to my job. Well never again will I ever live here or recommend anyone to live here. I wish I would've sign a 6 months lease, so I can get the "h____" out of here. The late fees are unreal. Who ever heard of an apartment complex not giving you until the 5th of the month to pay your rent. I read some of the reviews and these folks are telling the TRUTH!!!!
