My roomates and I have lived in one of the townhomes for about 8 months and the only good thing I have to say is they are big. We have had soo many problems our toilet has flooded the entire apartment three times and all they did was put a fan under the carpet to air dry it never cleaned it although we have asked over and over. The water has also leaked from the upstairs through the celing and ruined our couch, tv, and wood kitchen table. On top of that the staff is really rude and they never try to fix the problems. There's cockroaches everywhere and since the doors arnt sealed they always get inside and its nasty. The air conditioning does sucks it doesnt work at all the master bed room and its dirty and blows out dust everywhere and no they wont fix that either. We cant use one of our kitchen cabnets because it leaks from the apartment upstairs. My roomate and I are both pregnant and we have asked to get the apartment checked for mold and pest control just for our safety and they refuse to do it. The Male life guards at the pool make inappropriate commets. They also sneak alcholic beverages while on duty. It is so bad living here that we are actually paying to get out of our lease. It looks nice outside but when you walk through the grass their is dog poop everywhere. I have also paid for a deposite to use the gym and have not been able to use it since it has been under construction the entire time. Cars get vandalized and and there's never parking spots near your apartment because the tow service never tows people without stickers. The security guard is never around I have actually never seen him and its not well lit at night either. my truck got broken into and a whole bunch of stuff was stolen out of it. People through food at our brand new car and it had muffins smeared all over it. I have also had several of people walk onto our porch and look into our sliding glass window at night. And their are kids running around egging peoples cars and doors. Trust me do not live here.

You can make a complaint with the BBB for the State of VA. You can also can see if there are anyother complaints on them. If enough complaints are made, something has to be done. I am so sorry that you all have to endure this mess.

Wow everything you said in that is totally true. The same thing has happend to me with the toilets and they always take forever to fix it. My carpets smell like mildew and they refuse to clean it. I am so angry at this place I want to get out of my lease for free and get my deposit back. Does anybody have any ideas of how I could do that?

I hate this place!!!!! I am so mad now!!! Too many problems! I want to move to somewhere else right now!!! Give me my money back!!!!! Seriously, I should have checked this website before i moved here........
