This is the worst place I have ever lived.
The wall is very thin, you can hear talking and walking across the floor.
Our toilet was flooded, the carpet were all wet with water from the Toilet, but they did not chege the carpet. Unhealy!
Dogs poop everywhere.
No security guard.
Gym is never open.
I know the stuff left some positive review!!!!!
This apartment SUCKS!!!

I'm telling you...this place is awful! Every time I drive by there (I live nearby at another complex) I say a prayer for the poor souls that are stuck living at Mariner's Cove. They just need to tear it down and start from scratch!
