I am writing this I am a current resident and yes i do have some tendencies to get mad and say things I shouldnt,but in all fairness mariners cove is for the most part a decent and quiet place to live.It is reasonably maintained and I have never had problems with theft or vadalism,my only wish is the parking on a off shift you park away from your residence.I think there's alot worse places in va beach.
