I've lived at MC for almost a year now and I have to say it could be much worse. I love my apartment and the space is great. We've had our fair share of problems but all mostly things that are expected to go wrong in an older apartment. Maintenance is usually quick to respond but on the occassion it's taken them a few days which can be irritating like when your AC goes out in the dead of summer! It's a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Never felt unsafe or had anything bad happen. Since the warmer weather has come there have been quite a lot of roaches outside but never a problem in my apartment. Overall, I've enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others.

geez man...I swear these people in the office are being paid to write positive reviews! I lived there over a year ago and I know all the messes they had at their property isn't all cleared up...renters beware!
