the 3 bdrm is very small, if you have very many clothes, dressers, or your kids have toys.....don't look for these bedrooms to be spacious. we have only 2 drawers in the kitchen, where are we suppose to put all our utensils' there is no storage in the bathroom, unless you buy your own. there is no outside storage closet either, unless you want to pay an extra $35 a month. pets have a non-refundable fee of 300-350 and a 20 a month pet rent fee....maybe this is so they can pay someone to pick up the pooh from the grass that lazy pet owners neglect to do. i have never had to pay for water at any other apt. complex. on the upside, we live near a highly rated elementary school, and are close to shopping.
