If I could get out of my lease I would. It seems like every single month I have a maintenance issue. The A/C broke 3 times in the past 4 months. Our kitchen flooded becuase of a corroded pipe. We had an outlet nearly catch fire. Note- Before we moved in I asked them to inspect the outlets. It was only bitter irony when 4 mos later one nearly burnt us out of house and home. I could continue. They're staff is completely un professional. If there's a way to have the City of Virginia Beach fine this place I'm going to find it. Their maintenance philosophy is fix it when it brakes and not a second before. I'm sure you get the picture. Run, don't walk away. Don't waste your money on the place.
