Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We lived there for a year, and had to move due to change of command.
Overall the apartments wern't bad.
I wouldn't have stayed there if i had kids...
But other than that I would move back in if we moved back in the area.
The office people were very helpful. Never had any problems with them, and when we needed something fixed in the apartment the maintenance men didn't take long to do so.
The location was very convient. It was close to everything.
When we lived there we didn't have to pay for water. Maybe they changed that since we moved, but as far as almost all of the apartments not having a dishwasher, and none having a washer and dryer, what would you expet for the ammout of rent paid.
As far as crime I didn't have any problems and I worked nights, leaving the apartment between 10pm and 12am.
Though as far as parking, in some of the lots if you don't get there at a decent time you will have to park in another parking lot, farther away.
The apartments are large, They were very clean when we moved in. There is no outlet in the bathroom, and no phone line in the bedroom.
When we were moving out they were replacing all the washer and dryers.
Over all it ok... its not perfect, but if you want more, you have to spend more.
