well my hubby and I lived in the palms for about 2 years.. The only problems we had was two of our cars got broken into and speakers and cd player stole out of both.. Back window knocked out of one and passenger out of the other... Parking sucks as well... As far as getting things fixed they are pretty up to getting that done for the most part.. I mean the apartments are nice and like every place you are gonna have complaints... mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
