I lived in the Palms for abt a year. I read all the reviews and none of them were true. I did not see any drug bust or rodents runnig around anywear. The maintinance was fast with every request that I put in. Parking was a concern for families that had more than one car, but other wise it was cool. The kids were able to go outside and play, not having any problems what so every. The location is excellent with getting around in VB,as I came from out of the state. I would recommend the Palms to anyone who wants to live their.............do believe the HYPE!!!
