Not Worth The Money I'm Paying!!!

I Have Lived At The Palms At Malibu Apartments Over A Year Now And Am Ready To Leave! If It Wasnt For Finance Issues I Would Be Out Of Here This Month! A Few Issues I Have Had With Them Are: SPIDERS!!!! My Patio Floods At Least Three Inches Everytime It Rains!!! I Have Webs Outside My Sons Window And Have Seen With My Own Eyes Baby Spiders Crawling Off A Bigger Spider That I Had Swatted. This Place Is A Nightmare And I Do Not Recommend It To Anyone.
