My husband, 8 month old and I have been living at the palms for over a year now.
I love it here. It is clean, well maintained, and the management staff is great! My husband is in the NAVY and we know people who live in all other apartment complexes, and each and every one of them complains about something. 5 of the 8 apartments in my building (myself not included) have lived here for numerous ammounts of years. I plan on staying here until my husband's orders are up. Here is your typical quiet neighborhood. Everyone is nice and helpful when you need it. If there is a noise problem, I can knock on that persons door and explain to them that my child is asleep and the noise is a bit too much for her. I especially loved this pass summer. We had community pool party's and got to know each other, had a few cookouts and made some new friends. Management is surperb here. I can call the office and tell them my name, and they know exactly who I am and where I live. Anthing I ask is taken care of in a timley manner. Each complex has a mantience worker living in one apartment. I don't know about the other complexes, but I can knock on his door and ask him for something (after hours) if need be and he will fix it for me. This is home for me. Warm and Inviting. If you are new to the area The Palms Apartments is one of the better places to reside in.
