I was very pleased with the year I spent here with my roomate, only the normal complaints, only 1 assigned spot, so the later you got home the less likely it was that you got to park anywhere near your apartment, especially if you have two cars. Upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy, obviously partying college kids...but I was in college too which made the location awesome just being across the street from TCC. First two months everything kept breaking: little things like door locks, door knobs, and lights (actually the kitchen light burned out like every 2-3 months), but the big things really sucked-both our dishwasher and washing machine at some point ended up leaking all over our apartment at two separate times. But maintenence was speedy and with the exception of the light no longer had any problems. Office staff was excellent extremely courteous from application before even moving in, up to move out, quick full return of deposit.
