I have been at Pelican Watch since 2005 and I love it.
The management staff is extremely friendly and helpful and maintenance staff is quick to respond to maintenance issues.
The apartment is great, the neighborhood quiet and I really love the pool and fitness center. I highly recommend Pelican Watch.

DEFINITELY! There is NO WAY someone that actually lived at Pelican Watch would ever say any of those things. Haha management is so dumb.
