First of all the rent is outrageous for this place! We payed nearly 1000 a month for a 2bd/2bth not including utilities. All the appliances are outdated and the carpet looks as if they skinned 50 kinds of roadkill. They just changed management when me and my husband moved in. The lady in there now is farely nice. The maintenance sucks though. Depending on the severity of the problem they will respond in a timely manner, but only if it doesn't cost too much money to fix. I used my dishwasher mabye twice before it broke and they knew they were going to have to replace it. I called several times but no one showed up to fix it. I was forced to move because I found out my husband was going on deployment (BESIDES THE FACT THAT WE HAD NEIGHBORS FROM HELL !) and about a month before we moved out the upstairs apartment flooded ours. Water everywhere, coming out of electric sockets and even switch panel. The guy showed up and didn't bother to clean up any of the water all he did was tear up a corner of the carpet and ran the dehumidifier for a day. Then he left it there, in my living room for almost two weeks. When I left the management claimed that I didn't give notice and stuck with some bull**** charges of almost 3,000$!!!! If you have any respect for yourself and your family I reccomend finding another place to live...really.
