I moved here a year ago with no choice because it was just one block from the college and I didnt have a car. Almost immediately I ran into problems, The blinds were falling apart, there was mold and a leak on almost all windows, horrible kitchen, and stains on the walls. I almost always have to go to the office more than once to report a problem. My AC during the summer has broken down more than 5 times, and it takes them days to come by to check it out or any other problem. There is never any parking. There isn't any privacy at the gym, i get HARASSED there almost always by these horrible kids that run around here. Most importantly, my boyfriend is always out to sea so he leaves his car here for me to watch, they said he needed a parking decal, but in order for that he just had to fill out a "roommate form" and that was it. They duped him into signing the lease as well, and he doesn't even live here, saying its a must. I feel very unsafe here, with thugs running around from Green Run. The apartments are outdated and they are pricing the apartments at such a high rate, when this place is a dump. Its a complete rip off, and the management doesn't give a damn.
