We moved to Pembroke Crossing about five months ago, and we have loved it here. We agree with the two previous reviews; maintenance has been fantastic and the office staff is very helpful and accomodating. The maintenance has always been prompt and always within 24 hours, and they also explain what they've done for you to keep you informed. The office staff has been extremely friendly and very proactive. The grounds are very well kept, even with large dogs in the area, and it always looks nice. Safety has not been a concern for us here, and we've seen lots of people taking a walk at night.
To comment on the previous reviews, we have to agree with them. It would be nice to have a gym, but there is a recreation center and a park very close by. Also, to be so close to the growing Pembroke area of Va Beach, it is very quiet here with the exception of the Fire/Rescue Dept., which is only about a mile away. But, the location is fantastic, and you are within three miles of anything you possibly need. Compared to other apts in the area, I highly reccomend living here!
PC is very nice for a comparable price!
