ROACHES INFESTED, RUDE STAFF, DOG POOP on the grass!

This place is infested with ---- ROACHES!
Beware not to step on the grass...chances are you will step on dog POOP!
The staff has no customer skills...The STAFF DON'T CARE about you!
The air conditioner and heating systems is LOUD!
There is a parking problem...there is a lack of parking spaces. The office staff member told me to park in the cemetry down the street. I pay rent to Pembroke Crossing, NOT to the Cemetry!!!
The wooden stair that leads to the upstairs apartments have pieces hanging with rusted nails showing...it's a hazard and unsightly.
The washer and dry leave stains on your clothing - yellow orangish spot.
Don't rent here...I am moving out of here.
