the walls are thin, we can hear and make out the neighbor's conversations most of the time. someone has a crying baby - every morning, there's a neighbor who cook very aromatic Indian food, the ventilation systems is not very good, we can smell it inside our apartment. always hear sirens from the ambulences, police and fire truck go by.
