Prices are too high. THe staff is untrained and unskilled in the working knowledge of apartment policies. They also have no customer service skills. THey've been rude and non-respondent. The only thing they can do well is write work orders. Parking is HORRIBLE! There are always bugs in our home...Big roach looking water bugs (not sure but it's disgusting). The water temperature when taking a shower is always like room temperature, it doesn't get hot. ANd if it does get hot it only last for like 2 - 3 minutes. Saaaad story here! It's just ridiculous!
