This is a great area to live it's very close to pembroke mall and town centre. It is a very quiet community, occasionally noise does occur but it is aparment living what can you do. In response to the water bill issue. I notified the rental office, because I had not received my bill in two months I went into the office and right away the girl had called the company for me and tried to rectify the situation. The price may be a little higher here, but you get what you pay for.
