Great place to live- My husband and I have been here since Aug 2006 and it's wonderful. the staff is helpful and they are always fixing things. last week, we all got brand new dishwashers. the rent is a little high, but worth it because there are no roaches (yay!), everything is well-maintained and its close to everything in town. great, quiet neighborhood!

Wait. You haven't lived there in the summer yet. Your porch will be infested with roaches. That wooden porch is so bad that we couldn't go outside in the summer and sit there. If you are on the ground level then you have to deal with it from above.
