My wife and I have lived here for about 7 months. It's a really good community. Our neighbors are nice. We have had no issues with maintenance or the staff. We have had a couple things happen to our Apt. Such as our washing machine flooded our utility room but emergency maintenance came on that Sunday and they cleaned everything up and we had a new washing machine by Monday. Our water heater was leaking. We didn't even know I got a call and they said that they noticed it from the outside and they came in that day removed and replaced it also they cleaned up our carpet after them. If you call maintenance then they will come out the same day you called and fix whatever is needed. Staff is awesome there all really nice. The only thing is it's a little expensive but it's worth it. It's our first apartment that my wife and I moved into and it was a good choice. We also have a dog so if you were wondering dogs are allowed. They only have a few restrictions on what type, but that is okay.
