My bf and I moved in almost a year ago and we will not be renewing our lease. When we first moved in, we had to deal with a problem upstairs tenant and her 3 unruly children. The complex helped out by moving them into another apt. However, we still have to deal with rap "superstars" trying to make a recording deal or something upstairs. People don't seem to understand how their loudness affects other people. I am on a middle floor and it seems like people are constantly running up and down the stairs, and recording rap albums. If you want to live here...I recommend living on the top floor apartments.
