I have lived at Pembroke Lake Apartments since the middle of July and have loved every moment of living here. The rent is defenantly resonable for the things that you are getting here. For exaple they are putting all new appliances in the apartments and new carpet and vinyl. The maintenance staff is on top of the game and will recieve no complaints from me. I have talked to several of my neighbors and they have told me that they enjoy living here. some are not so thrilled about the increases in rent but if your like me you believe in paying for what you get, meaning i don't mind paying the extra to get the best. The office staff has changed a few times but so far they have all been extremely helpful and very welcoming. All in all if you get the chance to come to virginia beach and live Pembroke Lakes should be number one on your places to look.
