I, along with two roommates, lived at the Pembroke Lake Apartments for just short of a year. We didn't even spend our last month in the apartment because of the poor managerial attitude against the tenants. By the end, we overpaid our rent as we were mislead about when the last payment was due and instead of notifying us about this, they decided to pocket the money.

Also, just to irritate us further, they supposedly sent out new parking passes to all tenants the month prior (to replace the old pass). To our suprise, we walked out one day and half the cars in the lot had been towed. When we told them we never received the parking pass they said they sent it to us and that it wasn't our fault. I??m quite certain how you explain that 'it got sent' when so many of us were towed.

To sum up,
1. Rent is very high
2. You will be towed at random
3. Financial theft
