I have lived here for almost 7 mths, and this is the worst place i have ever lived. (and i have lived in government housing before) The ac broke, the disposal broke three times, the washer leaked bad all over the kitchen and it took 4 days to get them to fix it. There are water stains on the ceilings in almost every room, the damage from the other tenats was not repair well on doors and walls. You will even get told to move if you put your kids outside toys on your patio you rent. It wasnt junk it was 4 toys! the pics are false advertising because the fans dont look as nice as that one nor does the kitchen, other than the appliances. The way they do the water bill is not fair for the amount we use. Our vehicle got broken into and they can pay for patrol on parking and towing but not on security, i think that is pathetic!! keep looking if you have time i wish i did.
