I know that a lot of other reviews talk about all these negatives, but I haven't experienced all of that.

The parking here is really good. They only give each apartment one parking sticker, which means only that car can park in the spaces next to the building, but the center of each lot is considered visitor parking. Which usually means walking another 15 feet. And the lots are pretty big, never completely full. Don't listen to the complaints by people that are just too lazy to begin with.

The rent is probably on the high end of most in the area, but it's a decent place to live. Big rooms, new appliances, a patio or balcony, nice staff, pool, 24 hour fitness room, and they allow grills on the first floor.

The only negative I have experienced here is the maintenance. If you call the main office during off hours you have to leave a message. I'm not sure what you would do in an emeregency. They're not the quickest to respond to maintenance issues, usually within 2 business days. But when your kitchen sink clogs solid on a Saturday evening, you don't want to wait until the next week. Trust me, I know. But a little common sense goes a long way. Don't just call and give up without trying to figure the problem out yourself. Usually it's a simple fix.

The way they do the water bill is sort of weird. They take the whole bill for the complex and divide it up evenly based on the size of your apartment. This could be good or bad depending on how much water you use. For a two bedroom, it's usually $45 or so a month. Posted usually by the 25th and due with rent by the first.

Noise isn't bad. We live in an end unit next to the office though, so that might have something to with it. The only noise complaint we've had in 7 months is a party that rented the 2nd floor room in the office (any resident can do that). I've never noticed a security issue either. Kids from the complex walk around alot, but not much else. I'm a police officer that works nights, so it has to be safe if I'm going to leave my wife here alone every night.

The apartments are overall very nice. If you can deal with a slow maintenance response, you will like everything else.

Do not rent here. Resident manager is rude and ghetto. Of course she is very sweet until you sign your lease. The cabinets are nasty, with horrible paint jobs. I should have read this before I rented here. Unless you are desperate, look somewhere else. Yuck! I can't wait til my lease is up in September.
