Worst place I have ever lived

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This is by far the worst place I have ever rented. They raised the rent, the water bill is ridiculous and maintenence doesnt do anything. I've caught numerous teenagers doing all sorts of things in the "fitness center" at all hours of the night. I ended up owing them money to break my lease. Lesson learned.
