I like living here! We picked this apartment because we could have our dogs and we could paint the walls, and now we have been here for 6 months and we have had no issues, aside from the maintenance crew. They are slow to fix things and it takes them forever to come out to see what they can do. We have never had any problems with bugs (although I have a beeper box just to be safe) or rodents, parking, or the office staff- they have always been nothing but courteous and quick to answer our questions. Some people I have spoken to have problems with the number of animals- thats why we moved in! We have two large dogs, both on the breed-specific legislation lists, and they let us have them both- we searched everywhere for an apartment like this one! I love how they do the water bills here- I have an infant, so we wash a lot of clothes, and its easy to budget knowing approximately how much our water will be every month. I love the grounds- the lake is beautiful and the crews keep it nice and neat. You get what you pay for, and we got the best deal in Virginia Beach!
