I have lived here for just under a year and I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. But I decided to write the good and the bad things about this place.

The Good

-The staff is friendly and can be helpful
-Maintenance crews come out to your apartment quickly if you have an issue that is dangerous to have.
-The maintenance crew has a general idea of how everything works and if its something they don't know or know they cant fix themselves they will get a real professional out here within the week (depending on when the company says they can come)
-There is plenty of parking and your cars don't get towed!
-The kitchen appliances and carpet are new as far as I can tell. ( the only problem I have had with them is that my dishwasher wouldn't close right but maintenance came out to fix it)
-The bedrooms and living rooms are a decent size but not worth what you pay

The Bad

-I live on the bottom floor and i just got new upstairs neighbors and I can hear EVERYTHING they do even when they have sex... now I didn't really hear the neighbors before the new ones moved in so i am not sure why I can hear these ones so well.
-My ceiling used to leak water and now there is a water stain on it
-My kitchen light used to leak water and it took maintenance a few tries to get it to stop leaking
-The water bill is very high and seems to increase every month.
-The rent is to high for the size of the apartments
-You have to pay an annual fee to have stuff on your little patio
-The balcony above our patio look like they are rotting through the bottom and I am afraid to stand underneath them.
-The closets are not that big and our defiantly not walk in closets like they told us they were
-The paint job throughout the apartment is just horrible
-You can hear everything going outside your window even if it is like 10 feet away.

The main problem I have with the apartments is the amount of noise there is. People refuse to stay at my place when they visit from out of state because the people above us are always moving and like i said you can hear their every movement.
