ok so first off - management is clueless. The lady who orginally showed us the model did all she could
to make the sale. She presented a sweetheart deal as an enticement. The she redacted her orginal
offer stating the management company was at fault after all but calling me a liar stating she would
never offer such a deal. thankfully i saved the info she signed off on to save from the total fiasco
that she tired out next. citing that certain things are not practiced here. i dont know if she is aware
that certain items and verbage is used on national apartment guides.
2nd of all when you get your electricity turned on these people expect
you to flip a main breaker. No not inthe apartment but the main feed
from the supply box to the individual apartment circuit breaker box.
as for the dirty apartment itself the carpet is flithy the kitched floor
is peeling up the bathroom received a gallon of bleach it was so dirty
and the hvac unit looks and sounds like it may be on its last leg because so far
the electric bil has been outragous mainly because the old unit is drawing 2x's the
power it should. Ask the office how much the dominion bills are here its horrid, so far
even dominion agrees the bill is too high for a 1/1 apt. At this point
the fans are keeping it cooler in here....... i have taken pictures but for whatever reason this site itself wont
allow me to upload... I wont bash this place but
i would never ever recommend anyone move in here....

i agree with you. My husband and I moved in about three months ago. I wish we would have never singed the lease. We have had nothing but problems, the unit was not cleaned when we moved in. There was left over carpet left in the kitchen and the bathrooms were not cleaned. And there was still food in the oven! The ladies that work in the office are rude and have no respect for the people that are paying for the over priced unites .. Stay a way.. If it wasnt such a pain to break the lease we would!

Hah I know who you are and I know where you live... I don't mean to creep you out I was just seeing if everyone else thought it was the hellhole you did chica! I still can't believe they pulled that pricing switcheroo on you and that I had to walk through the wet grass to flip your breaker!!! Morons!
