While this seemed like a great place, affordable and right in "Town Center" It was horrible. Shortly after moving in we had a drip from the bathroom ceiling. They said it was just condensation, even though I was collecting over 2 gallons of water a day. They didn't fix the problem, which was a pipe leaking, until my bathroom ceiling started to fall in. We continue to have spots all over the apartment where pipes leak, and then the ceiling molds. They spray paint over it. Of course, the mold just grows back. In addition to our air conditioner breaking 5 times in two weeks, its so old that our electric bill for just two people, with all gas hotwater and cooking, is over $300 a month. So why the price looks good, after paying your electric bill, and dealing with the hassle, it just isnt worth it!
