I love my townhome it had a new kitchen and cabinets, sliding glass door leading to outside from kitchen, new carpeting, hardwood floors upstairs. maintenance always handles any issue we have had. Electric bill is hardly anything, due to gas. We have seen occasional cockroaches usually in the kitchen but not very often. Community have yet to meet. except for neighbors who are very nice.
