I can not say enough to sway you from moving here.
It is a high crime area, with police in there every night.
If you are in the navy, stay away, they especially dislike you.
The manager yells at tenants like they were red-headed step-children.
Spend a little more and go somewhere safe, this is a slum.
The management company "Great Atlantic" are known slum lords.

absolutely horrible and i stay there at this moment and im going to court with them come November abotu a dispute with the way they over charge the water bill and how they go about sending it out to the tenents.

I spoke with the staff in reference to an issue with my property being stolen, an attempt made to rob me at gun point, and my tire and rims being stolen. Those ------- had my car towed. I'm about to come out uniform and get ghetto on they ---!

I lived in the Pines for two years and it was by far the worst place I have ever lived! My refridgerator kept my fruits hard as a rock along with my kids lunch meat and juices. I was promised by the incompatent management team, which by the way is never the same from month to month, that I would get a $100 referral check to make up for the frozen milk, cheese, eggs etc. needless to say that I havn't seen the check a year and a half later! Take my advise you don't want to live here!

The pine green run is a thatched barn where ghetto briggans smoke and drink in the reek while their nigglets roll on the floor among the filth and insects, The company seeks to extort their residents for highly exaggerated prices, giving only decayed living quarters that wouldnÂ?t even befit a slave.
