I've lived out here for a year and four months and it's not as peaceful as I hoped, but it's a lot better than other places I have researched in the past 5 months. I don't have any pest problems or anything like that, but maintenance is horrible!!!! They are slow to come and fix anything that needs to be done. Parking is a hastle...they will most definitely tow your car...sometimes with a pass being in it. If you have children, I don't recommend moving out here. There is no playground, and very few fields for any child to play in. It's not the worst....but it surely isn't the best either. I pay way too much rent to deal with all this mess!!! Guess that's why I'm moving out huh'
