I liked the place at first. I've been here for 13 months and about 2 months ago we had these neighbors move in who are so ghetto. They play their music early in the morning, I've discoved two roaches. Everyone smokes either a cig. or black and mild and leaves the butts on the ground along with their soda and chip bag. The rental office is horrible. All they want is your money. One month I had a water bill for $130 when normally its around $40 and when I took it to them, they ensured me they would credit me back the next month if its back to $40. well it was, so I didnt pay it and then they billed me a late fee and I still had to pay the water bill and late fee.
