My husband and I have lived here for about a year and half. The space for the price is reasonable however you are responsible for all utilities. For the most part things here were peaceful except the office is very greedy and do not accept responsibility for damage, ex. my toilet overflowed for two weeks and my water bill tripled but they would not make an adjustment-said that two weeks was a reasonable time frame to have it fixed. After a couple conversations, they just ignored me and wouldn't return my calls. Also instead of calling you, they like to send emails. (a joke) Also we were in a month to month lease but they still required us to give a 60 day notice' WTF is that' The parking is a disaster, always no where to park (they only give you one space) and they will tow you. There is a lot of military people here too. Take that or leave it. The area is close to some shopping, grocery stores etc. Overall not too bad but the management makes me disgusted and I would never recommend just because of them.
