Just moved out of these apts. I actually paid the $1400.00 early lease termination fee just to leave there. Grease spots began oozing out of the fresh paint. They must have painted without cleaning the grease first. My car was stolen right in front of my apt and I personaly witnessed several drug deals. VERY GHETTO the majority of the other tennants are slobs....if they get advertisments in their mail they just throw it on the ground also alot of yelling and door slamming stomping up and down stairs 7 days a week. Basically just very poor quality people who no longer use even the most basic courtisies. You can smell anything anyone else cooks an roaches are out of control....see section above on people being slobs. Windows leak because of condensation when temperature outside differs from temperature inside which happens basically anytime you use your A/C. And this condensation leads to a never ending battle with mold which you have to sign a waiver for in your lease making you responsibe for it. An to top it all off VERY rude/mean staff accept for the ------- American woman who works in the office. Maintance is pretty good parking is good just not safe. The place looks very nice. And jets rarely fly on weekend and stop flying most times at 10PM at the latest. Also you are in the DIRECT LANDING path so when they land they have to fly right over the apt. Also there is a warning in the lease about being in a CRASH ZONE. There are other apts out there for about $100 more a month then what I paid ($865) almost twice the size an in a much better neighborhood. Trust me im living in one now. *NOTE ON PHOTOS* I went on vacation for 1 week and returned to find my windows looking like this because of condensation/mold. So that is what happens if you dont keep up on it which consists of spraying an wipeing with bleach/lysol.
